Claude Code supports skill files that configure the agent’s behavior. Use this skill to point Claude Code at Radium and customize its system prompt for your workflow.

# Radium configuration

This skill configures Claude Code to use Radium's inference API.

## Base URL

Set `ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL=https://api.radium.cloud` before running `claude`.

## Models

- Default reasoning: `hal-1.0`
- Fast tasks: `tycho-1.0`

## System prompt

You are an expert software engineer using Radium's hal-1.0 model. Follow these rules:

1. Write clean, idiomatic code with type hints and docstrings
2. Add tests for all new functionality
3. Review diffs carefully before applying changes
4. Explain your reasoning in comments for complex logic
5. Prefer explicit over implicit; readable over clever
6. Run the test suite after making changes

• Claude Code starts without errors

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Fix
”Connection refused”	Check ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL does not include /v1
”Invalid API key”	Verify key is from deploy.radium.cloud
Slow responses	Switch ANTHROPIC_SMALL_FAST_MODEL to tycho-1.0
Skill not loading	Ensure .claude/skills/radium.md exists in project root
